At Margarittasart, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only.

Eligibility & Process
We only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly through margarittasart.com or by phone.
All returns must be authorized. Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a return authorization number.
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of your purchase date.

Handmade with Care
All of our pieces, including paintings and canvases, are handmade and hand-painted.
Because of their unique nature, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will determine eligibility for store credit based on the information and photos provided by the customer.

Return Shipping & Packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not refund original shipping charges.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and protected with an outer shipping box and filler.
Please clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.

Store Credit or Exchange
Once your return is received in its original condition, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate or process an exchange, depending on your preference.
