This morning is so quiet, more than usual. The sound of birds outside and I am very surprised not so many bird songs, I see a burst of sunshine over my window...and I fell like crying. the steps of my family moving around trying to find what to do and hide their emotions of stress, fear and boredom sometimes ....now this situation today is shaking us, and at the same time showing us that we all depend on something much bigger than we thought.
We still have all this and I start feeling gratitude. Now all this made me realize that I'm taking all this for granted, there is so much today to be thankful for.
HOW LOST WE WERE IN THE "BUSY-NESS"
Not having time for the most basic things and now this is showing us what is actually important. Now is the time for me to face my fears and stress, which has been a problem for years.
Now its time to face them and learn how to embrace it with LOVE and with the support of our community, this is a time to revaluate our lives...and finally understand that "WE ARE ALL ONE, WE ARE ALL CONNECTED"
in our HEART and SPIRIT.
Now there has come a unity between all of us, for this connection in us either physically or energetically.
Now I see things from many perspectives
I FEEL GRATITUDE, I STAY AWARE, THINGS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN.
THE WORLD IS CHANGING NOW.
It is the time to find our selves again, we are together in distance at this moment.
is the time to meditate and reflect on how we would like to live our lives from now on.
Get rid of resentment, forgiving, sharing without expecting something in return.
Now we need to trust and help others ...and after passing this confinement. We will find a bridge for keeping us together in the spring surrounded by green trees, colorful flowers with the sunshine over all of us ... the sun that will give us the energy to move on.
We will be even happier than before because we are going to be free, finding joy in things that we never did before. Simple things ... time to share with family and friends even with neighbors ... having a cup of coffee, drinking some wine. Looking to be in person with others not only over a screen and also realizing that we can also find happiness being by our selves and isolated because we had learned how to be.
STAY POSITIVE /STAY AT HOME/STAY FOCUS/BE AN IMPACT TO YOUR COMMUNITY/BE PATIENT.
