THE WORLD IS CHANGING NOW

This morning is unusually quiet. There are fewer bird songs outside than usual, and a burst of sunshine streams through my window, bringing me to the verge of tears. My family moves around, trying to find things to do while masking their stress, fear, and occasional boredom. Today's situation is unsettling us, yet it also reveals that we all rely on something much greater than we had imagined.

We still possess all of this, and I begin to feel grateful. This has made me understand that I've been taking it for granted, and there is so much to be thankful for today.

HOW LOST WE WERE IN THE "BUSY-NESS"

We lacked time for the most essential things, and now this situation is highlighting what truly matters. It's time for me to confront my fears and stress, which have been issues for years.

Now is the moment to face them and learn to embrace them with LOVE and the support of our community. This is an opportunity to reevaluate our lives and finally realize that "WE ARE ALL ONE, WE ARE ALL CONNECTED"

in our HEART and SPIRIT.

Now there is a unity among us, whether physically or energetically.

I now see things from multiple perspectives.

I FEEL GRATITUDE, I REMAIN AWARE, THINGS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN.

THE WORLD IS CHANGING NOW.

It's time to rediscover ourselves; although we are apart, we are united in spirit right now. It's an opportunity to meditate and contemplate how we want to live our lives moving forward. Let go of grudges, forgive, and give without expecting anything in return. We must now trust and support one another... and once this period of confinement is over, we'll find a way to remain connected in the spring, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers, with the sun shining down on us... a sun that will energize us to continue onward. We'll be happier than before, experiencing freedom and joy in things we hadn't appreciated before. Simple pleasures... moments shared with family and friends, even with neighbors... enjoying a cup of coffee, sipping wine. Seeking face-to-face interactions, not just virtual ones, and understanding that we can also find happiness in solitude because we've learned how to be content with ourselves.

STAY POSITIVE / STAY AT HOME / STAY FOCUSED / MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR COMMUNITY / BE PATIENT.
