Margaritas Art accepts returns for store credit or exchange only.
We can only process returns or exchanges for products purchased directly through our website, margarittasart.com, or for orders placed over the phone. You must contact Margarittas Art before returning any items to obtain a return authorization. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Our items and canvas are handmade and handpainted.
Margarittasa Art will determine if an item is damaged based on the information and a photo provided by the customer.
We do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return or exchange of the product.
All returns should be sent as the item as shipped to you, in original packaging. Make sure there is an outer shipping box with fill to protect the inner product. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Ship returns to the following address:

The item must be returned in original packaging and new condition to receive full product credit. A gift certificate for store credit or an exchange will be provided once we receive the product. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return.

Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. You must provide a picture of the damage, as well as a description.
